Patient and clinical sign-in uses Clerk when configured. The patient portal is separate from the public treatment catalog. Do not send health information through ordinary support email.
Clinical information
The native portal stores assessments, consent acknowledgments, care-team messages and clinical review records on Verixa’s configured private patient server. Patients can access their own records; authorized clinicians can access the cases assigned to them or available for review. Internal clinical notes are not returned to patients.
Public browsing and support
The public catalog displays medication information and business contact details. Saved treatment choices stay in this open browser session. Business settings and catalog changes are stored separately from clinical records. No advertising pixels or session-recording tools have been added.

Contact Verixa using the support information on this website for account and privacy questions. Use the authenticated portal for medical conversations. Detailed provider policies and consent are presented before a clinical assessment can be submitted.
